Bryan outlined three phases of a startup’s lifecycle: idea, accelerated growth, and maturity. Fractional leaders, such as a CTO, are particularly valuable during the acceleration phase. They help drive growth, and as the startup matures, these roles can transition to full-time positions or evolve into multiple roles.
